The full engagement runs 4–6 weeks. Week 1 is the AI audit — we map every repetitive task in your business. Weeks 2–4 are active build-out. Week 5–6 is team training and handoff. The 30-day follow-up starts after the build is done. Most clients are running automations within the first two weeks.
